	Not, I don't think it's luck.  Once I had the host & newsgroup 
settings correct, it worked just fine for me under a previous 
installation with Mailman 2.1.2 on Solaris 9, and now under Mailman 
2.1.4 under FreeBSD 5.x.

	This is not luck -- this is something that Mailman is designed to 
do quite well.
