	This is the way that proper mailing lists work.  The recipient is 
provided in the envelope sender address, and the "To:" field remains 
the address of the mailing list.

	If ISPs are going to consider this to be junk, then they are 
going to break virtually all mailing lists in existence everywhere in 
the world.
