[Mailman-Users] How to set up an archive of current and past city council public notices.

          ...not being a programmer, how could it get set up so that anyone and
          everyone might read the current and archived public notices of
          council committees public hearings ?...


          Here's an example of contrary Boston city council's
          public records that city of boston city council offices are
          not willing to make available on the web with the full text
          of the public document nor by email formatted in plain text ASCII
