This error is caused by the folks at cPanel mucking up the Mailman
source.  Complain to your provider, it's not a mailman issue.  And try
asking them for the source of the changes they make, as required under
the GPL.  It's fun to get ignored by them.  Tells you a lot about
cPanel's commitment to giving something back for all the free
software they use.
