	The mailman program is typically found in 
/usr/local/mailman/bin/mailman, and the directory 
/usr/local/mailman/bin is not in your path.  You either need to 
specify the full path to the binary in the cron job, or you need to 
make sure that the appropriate directory is in the search path.
