	Mailman will send to as many or as few addresses in a single 
message as you configure it to use.  What your ISP thinks of this is 
a totally different matter.  Most ISPs do not look kindly at their 
users trying to run mailing list servers, and if you are in that 
situation you should seriously consider looking to have your mailing 
list hosted somewhere else.
