[Mailman-Users] shunted messages

Mailman-Users:

 

I had a RedHat Linux server running mailman 2.1.5. I am trying to
determine what causes a message to be shunted. I have mailman configured
for smtpdirect to my primary mailserver. When I use the unshunt command
the message is delivered but the .pck file remains in the qfiles/sunt
directory.

 

What can be causing this and how do I correct it?
