[Mailman-Users] reliable python 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 backport?

This made me start thinking. This isn't an issue caused by the website
or the CGI. Its a problem with the message when qmail-to-mailman hands
the message off to Mailman.

So I restarted qrunner. Duh. It was running in the original version
of python the whole time, so everytime I replaced python it wasn't impacting
the already running state of qrunner.

Problem solved. :)
