I saw my mistake I was using the wrong syntax , it should have been
Who password

Hey guys I am using the command 
 	Who 'password' address=listname at fdu.edu
And trying to retrieve the list of members in the list but I get a response
back say I am not allowed to exact message is
'You are not allowed to retrieve the list membership'
I looked at the config and it is setup for list members; private_roster=1
What am I doing wrong ?
