I think (well, that might be an overstatement, but anyway) that the files
you want to look at are ~mailman/Mailman/Archiver/HyperArch.py for the
archiver's replacement, search for ARCHIVER_OBSCURES_EMAILADDRS.  There are
about 4 places you would likely want to change.  There is also a method in
~mailman/Mailman/Utils.py, ObscureEmail, that controls how the addresses are
obscured in Mailman web pages.
