[Mailman-Users] mailman send error (mailbox does not exist)

Mailman 2.2.2-91 with Postfix.

Mailman setup correctly but get the following error in /var/log/mail:

Sep 29 15:14:48 mail postfix/pipe[1541]: 733ECC334: 
to=<staff at lfriendly.com>, relay=cyrus, delay=0, status=bounced (data 
format error. Command output: staff: Mailbox
does not exist )

Any ideas?
