      It will in plain text, but if the list allows HTML and the post 
contains HTML the approved header will make it through.

      Mailman is already set up for this - it's a matter of getting your 
mail program to do the rest.  Try making it the first line in the body of 
your message.  So start with:

Approved: password

      Where password is the admin or moderator password.
