[Mailman-Users] Initial Configuration

I have apparently successfully installed Mailman on a Red Hat 9.x server but now am faced with initial configuration questions.

I was able to set the password using /var/mailman/bin/mmsitepass but am not sure what I am suppose to edit in /var/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py for my site, or the significance of the /var/mailman/bin/upd update.

Can I get a heads up on what needs to be configured to make this work?
