[Mailman-Users] Easy Unsub Footer

I hate to be the stupid newbie, but...  well, I am.  I've searched the FAQ
and all the options and pages within Mailman's set-up, and still have no
clue how I can add a footer to all messages with an easy way for folks to
sub or unsub from a newsletter-style list.  Can someone please take a couple
of moments to educate this airhead?  Thank you!
