No...you need to ssh into your Linux box and then follow the installation
instructions.  Mailman must be compiled and installed ON your Linux server.
Downloading it to your Windows machine does no good.

I'm not trying to run it on a Windows machine. I'm trying to load it to my
server which runs on Linux. Are you telling me the only way to do that is
have Linux on my computer?
