[Mailman-Users] Anyone out there, PLEASE help me!

     os.open(filename, flags, perms) IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:
     '/var/lib/mailman/qfiles/6e38917046774f76cd2b2ad19b84f2ad5e70199a.db'


/var/lib/mailman/qfiles/ is empty...

And i chmod it to 777 and it works...

What is the cgi-bin command to get onto my list?
