Is it possible to archive only to the mbox file for some lists while
having full pipermail archives for other lists?  Most of my lists
use an external archiver that I wrote, but some of them use pipermail.
For the external lists I still like to keep the mbox files going
as a backup, but I'd rather not be using extra disk space for
the inaccessible pipermail archives.
