Almost all of the documentation that's included in the mailman tarball is
included in the rpm (things like README.BSD and README.NETSCAPE are
excluded, for obvious reasons).  These docs are installed by default in
/usr/share/doc/mailman-2.0.13/.

That's what the rpm description tag shows (rpm -qi).  They do have a
README.REDHAT file that has the same info and adds a note about setting
sendmail to accept connections from machines other than localhost.

If you are using a stock Red Hat system, these instructions detail all
you'll need to do to get a basic mailman install working.

If you use a different MTA (like Postfix) or want to customize mailman
you'll want to read the full mailman docs.
