[Mailman-Users] promblem starting mailman

hi

when i try to start mailman with the script copied in /etc/rc.d/init.d, i 
get the following error over and over:

i have redhat 7.3, with python 2.2.1 installed, and mailman-2.1.2. the web 
interface is up and running, cron file is installed, check_perms is ok.
could somebody tell me, what these errors mean, and how can i correct 
them? btw, i did and upgrade from mailman-2.0.3, which was running fine.
