[Mailman-Users] backing up, editing and restoring config.db

I need to make a couple of edit changes in config.db for a list:
I can use dumpdb to create an ASCII version of the configuration, but I
don't remember how to convert the ASCII version back to config.db. I've
actually done this once 6 or 7 months ago, but I was unable to find this
in the FAQ or archives. 

Actually, I renamed 2 lists, but the pointer to the archives in
config.db still points to the old list archives.
