[Mailman-Users] header configuration in Mailman 2.1

Hi,

i try long time to configure the mailman 2.1 but i get no result :-(

i like to configure Mailman that every mail look like this:

FROM: true-sender-to-list at domain.com 
TO: member-of-the-list at domain.com 
CC: nothing

what i get when i send a mail to the list:

FROM: liste-bounces at domain.com; im Auftrag von; root [root at domain.com]
TO: this is ok
CC: liste at domain.com

my question: how can i setup the right FROM: and disable the CC:
