[Mailman-Users] Mailman needs a "silently discard" option

Mailman needs a mechanism for either silently discarding posts from 
non-members, or, it
should be able to forward to an email address separate from the 
administrative address.

It's the admins who are getting spammed.  Throw the crap away and send the 
admin
notification of the discard.

Please give us this knob.
