[Mailman-Users] Reply to address

Hallo all

And as this is my first post of the year Happy new year to all.

I have a problem ;-) ( so what is new?)

I use mailman version 2.0.13
I want people on the list to reply directly to the sender of the message when 
they hit Reply in his/her mail client.

I have set 
Where are replies to list messages directed? Poster is strongly recommended 
for most mailing lists
to Poster without succes, anyone else have a good idea how to do this??
