If you look up on Sourceforge at the Mailman project you will see that
there is a way of dropping off suggested features.

You can also label it as such on this list...

Note: suggestions that include snippets of code to help accomplish the
requested feature, get a lot more response than others.

Note2: if you really want a feature, you can always pay for it!  Then
donate it back to the public domain. The whole world will sing you
Hazzah's.
