[Mailman-Users] permission errors

I keep getting these errors in the errr log.  Seems every day the 
config.pck files are created as user www, group mailman, and 
permissions of 660.

Feb 24 23:15:02 2003 gate_news(28507): IOError :  [Errno 13] Permission 
denied: '/Users/mailman/lists/thelist/config.pck'


How do I fix this?
