[Mailman-Users] How to enable traceback?

While trying to configure a new mailman install, I'm getting an error 
message on the mailman webpage (.../mailman/listinfo) which says:

Bug in Mailman version 2.0.13

We're sorry, we hit a bug!

Please inform the webmaster for this site of this problem. Printing of 
traceback and other system information has been explicitly inhibited, 
but the webmaster can find this information in the Mailman error logs. 
</snip>

How do we uninhibit a traceback?

Or, if someone knows why I'm getting this error, I'll take that too.
