[Mailman-Users] errors using -request address

I've just started using Mailman and I get nothing at all if I send to the
-request address. It just comes through as a straight email to my default
domain address and doesn't seem to trigger Mailman at all. Grateful for any
thoughts on that. Running on an NT server if that makes any diffference.
