[Mailman-Users] Administration Through Email

Hello,

I'm currently setting up a website to run on Apache, using PHP and MySQL. 
This site is for a division of UCLA's med department. The school can host 
mailman lists for us.

We would like to run a couple of mailing lists through the site. I was 
wondering if we could add/remove users simply by sending a formatted email 
to the list.

If this doesn't work, what is the best method to manage a mailman list with 
PHP?
