[Mailman-Users] Feature Available?

Hi,

I wanted to know if there is a feature that will allow list admins to e-mail the mailing list's owner addy and add users in that fashion.

example:

TO: testlist-owner at yohonos.com
FROM: testlistadmin at yoho.com
SUBJECT: ADD : newuser at glob.com
BODY: test_list_password


Is there a feature similar to that?
