[Mailman-Users] "Set date in archive to time resent" gone?

In 2.0, there was a 'Set date in archive to when the mail
 is claimed to have been sent, or to the time we resend it?'
option.

I can't find it anywhere in 2.1 (2.1.1, to be precise).  Where
did it go?
