[Mailman-Users] multiple lists, same message, avoid sending to same users on different lists

I am going to be hosting a few discussion lists that may have members that are the same across the lists.  Is there any mechanism that will allow me to send a message to a few or all of the lists and the members that are on multiple lists only receive one message regardless of the number of lists they are on.  IE we don't want to be a Spammer :)
