1) make *sure* he is posting from that email address and not one of his
many aliases - add his aliases to list but mark them as "no mail". 
Beware the subtle difference in user at domain.com and user at domain.net

2) do a check_db on the list

3) if all else fails: re-add the user (try to do it without deleting him
first). You should never need to do this step, but it is simple enough
to test.
