I think the problem with your offer is that we all know that if the 
installation is cocked up or that there are problems in the future, no-one 
wants to have the responsibility of running another mailing list (one is 
enough)...

However, I suggest you read the installation memo that comes with the 
installation package...It is very clear and the application is quite simple.  
Also, python is quite simple too...
