[Mailman-Users] Denying all non-subscriber mail

I'm using Mailman version 2.0.

Is there any way in which to not have posts from non-subscribers held, but
have them automatically refused?

The list is getting far too much spam for me to keep going to the html
interface to handle each one individually.
