[Mailman-Users] import / validate user data

Hi Guys,

We collect about 8, 000 user emails from the online
contest. Do you know if there is a way to import the
email addresses into Mainlman as the subscribers? And
the emails are not validated, is there anyway to
validate them before adding them as the subscribers?
