[Mailman-Users] Editing subject line before getting to mailman...

IIRC, the list configuration defaults to Administriva = On
This means that it checks for list commands being sent to the main list
instead of the -request list.

I turn it off for my "support" lists, as they subjects often contain
words like: help, subscribe, etc...
