[Mailman-Users] Where do I start?

Okay, I admit it.  I am one of those no-goods who installed Mailman from a 
binary rpm :-0

The problem is that all the documentation seems directed at those who build 
from source.  Can someone point me to where in the docs I should begin or 
give me a clue as to what to do next.  Thanks
