A simpler way is to just change the first (real_name) and fourth (MM 2.0.x)
or sixth (MM 2.1b3) (subject_prefix) fields on the web admin GUI General
Options page for the list.
Bear in mind that case in not significant in an email address and the
various MM directories/URLs associated with a list all use the list name
normalized to lower case.
