[Mailman-Users] technical help

I am using Mailman v2.0.13 on Red Hat 6.1 and am having problems with mail
delivery. When I create a list it is suppose to send an email to the list
administrator, but it doesn't. I installed Mailman on a webserver, but am
using a different mail server. I can mail users on the mail server from
the webserver and vice versa. I need some help with this. Thanks
