[Mailman-Users] archives problem (install)

This is definitely an FAQ... Send some mail to the list, wait a day and
then check (or run the archiver by hand *after* sending some mail to the
list).  

The archives are created automatically - but only after some mail is
sent, and the arch script is run (from cron).
