Yes, it is good to be able to customize each lists listinfo.html, but it'd
also be nice to be able to customize the welcome message text that gets sent
out to new subscribers. For announce only lists, I'd like to remove the
misleading paragraph explaing how to post to a list which I've made
moderated and "unpostable to".
