[Mailman-Users] sendmail shell not available for mailman

I get about the same problem running redhat 7.2 sendmail 8.11.6 with
mailman.b21

smrsh: mailman not available for sendmail programs
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable

has anyone solved this?
