I had asked a while ago about what certain entries in the bounce log
meant, and John was kind enough to answer.

I was wondering if there is any info for all the other messages I see in
the bounce logs & entries in from a dump of the config.db. What do
digester lucked out, exceeded limits, first, etc mean?
What do entries like these from the bounc_info section of a dump mean?:
'addr1 at place.com': [1021219441.03, 645.0, 645.0],
'addr2 at aol.com': [1020431461.24, 550.0, 550.0],
'addr3 at place3.com': [1021329180.57, 660.0, 660.0],
'addr4 at hotmail.msn.com': [ 1021230000.97,
647.0,
647.0],
Any reason some are broken up over multiple lines?
I see no failed delivery messages in my mail logs for a certain user, but
one of my list admins tells me they aren't receveiving any mail & was
wondering if it is a problem with their isp. Any suggestions for
troubleshooting to see if the problem is mailman related or MTA related? -
I'm sure understanding the info above is a good start...
