[Mailman-Users] 2.1 upgrade

Anyone have that "sure fire" upgrade HOWTO written yet?
You know the one.. that collects the existing list defaults and feeds them to 
./configure?? (upgrading existing lists)
I just ***really*** don't want to mess this up.... and the "UPGRADING" readme 
is ambiguous as per usual.
Do I have to give it all of the configure options again?
Is there a script that can find the current lists' defaults and use them?
( My MM 2.0.8 is in /var/www/ not /usr/local...)
