Dude - get a clue.

While you're doing that, have your mail manager (the guy running your iPlanet 
install) ban the domain(s) from access to your site.

While you're at it, have him add the RBL "patch" so that this happens 
automagically in the future.  If that mystifies him, then I would suggest a 
trip to google:
  http://www.google.com
