[Mailman-Users] set up the mailman list as a newsletter ?

Hello,

I am setting up a mailman list that will be only a newsletter. So the
subscribers should not be able to sent mail to the list.

Therefore I have checked to YES the option "Must posts be approved by an
administrator?".
Is this the right way if you want to set up the list as a newsletter?
