Yes. The message you were Cced on will be a direct mail and won't contain
the list headers.
Your choices are:
1) you don't have to enable nodupes and you can get both mails
2) you can filter the mail on 
   TOmailman-devel / ~C mailman-devel
     procmail             muttrc
   so that the Cc ends up in your list folder and not your personal folder.

Neither. My patch is aimed at replacing listwide reply-to munging by letting
each user add a reply-to to the copies of the list posts they receive.
(so by default list posts don't contain a reply-to, but each user can decice
to have a reply-to added before they receive their list copies)

Then with both agree on that ;-)
(the two patches are supposed to help keeping your lists free of list-wide
munging)

Also, my patch lets you set a policy decision server-wide or list-wide to
not allow users to set reply-to munging for their own list copies
