[Mailman-Users] Commands via email...

Hi Guys, I'm from India, where Internet access is (still) slow and
telephones (for dial-ups) are rather noisy.

So, email access is preferable to trying to log-onto the Web. To compound
matters, I live in a village.

Is it possible to send in approval commands via email (I used to do it
with Majordomo and Yahoogroups, but they are both difficult in other
ways) instead of having to log on via the Net?

Secondly, can the webpage generated by Mailman be made a little more
ambitious to allow (i) uploading photographs (ii) offering us stats, as
PHPnuke does?
