[Mailman-Users] Restore mailman from backup?

Assuming you simply re-installing to the same OS and distro, you don't have
to re-install mailman, simply copy the backup in place.
Make sure that the user and group mailman both exist and have the same
values as before.
You will have to restore your /etc/aliases file (or whatever your MTA used
for interpreting Mailman lists), and run newaliases.
You will need to restore your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file - the
configuration file for your web browser.  Or you will have to re-add the
site information into your new config files.
You will have to restore the crontab for the user mailman with all the
entries for Mailman.
