[Mailman-Users] new to mailman

Hi,

I am tyring to set up mailman, but would like to send only to
subscribers of list about news and updates, but would not want to have
subscribers mail to list nad then have the mail directed as digest to
everyone.

How do I switch off interaction, and keep it as a mailing list from
admin to subscribers only, informing them of latest news etc?
